At Dott Fitness, we ensure the highest quality in our products. Returns and refunds are only accepted if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong item from your order.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
